Some of the things we will be getting up to: Journalling, Audio Diaries, DreamPlay, Stillness Practices, Metacognitive Practices, Sound and Music, Prompts, and Discussion, all to inspire revelation through imaginative exploration.
Writing, expression, and wellness need never be forced; they are things we allow for once we open up the gates. And that we will do in this immersive and inspired experience.

She is a master of synthesizing information, curating transformational experience, facilitating integration, & inspiring people to uncover their own unique genius--the mythology, the metaphor that is YOU.
She holds a Masters in English Literature, and is also the Director of the Healthy Family Formula and the HECT Practitioner Training Academy, Host and Producer of the Children’s Health Summit, Author of Family Health Revolution, Mountains Rise from Earthquakes Writing Experience and Your Unique Genius Writing Experience Facilitator (since 1998), Co-founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the now laid to rest Cahoots Magazine, Host of Your Health Revolution Podcast, Your Unique Genius Podcast, and Writing from the Edge of the Veil Podcast, Youth Wellness Coach, Youth Wellness Coach, Holistic Family Health Consultant, Yoga Instructor and Mind/Body Facilitator, and Health Advocate.
Carla has 3 grown children, a husband, & lots of cats and writes/reads/creates from a home office in the Canadian prairies.
