She holds a Masters in English Literature and various health coaching designations (from functional to transformational to cosmological), and is also the Founder and former Director of the Healthy Family Formula and the HECT Practitioner Training Academy, Host and Producer of the Children’s Health Summits 1, 2, 3, and 4, Author of Family Health Revolution, Mountains Rise from Earthquakes Writing Experience, Your Unique Genius Writing Experience, and Your Story Matters Writing Experience Facilitator (since 1998), Co-founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the now laid to rest Cahoots Magazine, Host of Your Health Revolution Podcast, Your Unique Genius Podcast, and Writing from the Edge of the Veil Podcast, Yoga/Movement/Mind/Body Facilitator, and Deep Wellness Advocate.
Carla has 3 grown children, a husband/BeLoved, & lots of cats and writes/reads/creates from a home office in the Canadian prairies.
